Aboriginal Health Practitioner - Part-time to Fulltime (up to 37.5 hrs per week)

Working Location: Multiple Positions available to be based at Sonder Port Adelaide Centre with the expectation to work across our Edinburgh North and Edwardstown locations.

The Aboriginal Health Practitioner will be responsible for working collaboratively with patients, general practitioners and practice staff to increase the uptake of MBS item 715 by providing cultural and clinical support, and mentoring to partner mainstream GP practices.

The Aboriginal Health Practitioner will work within a multidisciplinary team and is integral to ensuring cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client follow up.

The Aboriginal Health practitioner will assist in providing comprehensive health screening, adult and child health checks in collaboration with the GP.

Current and full registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or willingness to obtain registration is a must.
