Cure Brain Cancer Foundation is the leading organisation for brain cancer research, advocacy and awareness in Australia, with a mission to rapidly improve brain cancer survival and vision to ultimately find a cure for brain cancer.

People with brain cancer are at the centre of everything they do. Devastatingly, brain cancer kills more children than any other disease and more people under 40 than any other cancer. Cure Brain Cancer Foundation’s mission is to rapidly increase brain cancer survival and improve the quality of life for people living with this disease.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, this role is responsible for the strategic growth of the Foundation’s individual giving programs. Specifically, you will:

• Develop and implement acquisition, upgrade and retention strategies across key segments
• Oversee one-off and regular giving programs, appeals, and campaigns
• Drive the success of Cure Brain Cancer Foundation’s flagship Walk4BrainCancer campaign

Skills Required

You will have a proven track record in growing income through stewarding key relationships. Additionally, you will have experience in:

• Implementing a multi-channel individual giving strategy
• Acquisition, upgrade, retention and conversion of P2P donors
• Developing and implementing tailored donor journeys
• Overseeing the regular giving life cycle and developing of fundraising processes
• Experience delivering significant events for the purpose of raising funds
