The Senior Program Development Lead is responsible for the support and development of new and existing community, family and youth programs including new ways of working, evaluation and service improvement

To shape this new role you will bring extensive experience in contemporary, evidence based delivery of human services. We are looking for a passionate team player who understands innovative models of service. If you are experienced in working collaboratively in leading program reviews and change management strategies to deliver excellence in existing and new services this is the role for you.
