The position:

This opportunity with in our headspace program allows for an experienced community and/or health sector manager to lead our dynamic team at headspace Lismore in making a real difference in the lives of young people.

This position will require knowledge of the risks and protective factors which impact on the mental well being of young people with a solid understanding of and commitment to evidence based clinical and non-clinical interventions.

  • You will lead a truly multidisciplinary team of staff, private providers, consortium partners' staff, community advisory participants and other stakeholders,
  • Have excellent communication, reflective practice and project management skills.

headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation

headspace Lismore (under the direction of the Social Futures) is an innovative youth service, delivering primary and mental health, alcohol and drug services, social welfare and vocational services to young people aged 12-25 years.

The mandate of headspace Lismore is to provide early intervention and prevention services by responding with evidence based interventions for young people in the local community.
