The Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator supports connection and referral pathways between the Family Connect and Support program and Aboriginal families, communities and service organisations. The role works to collaboratively engage with key stakeholders and the broader community to help build capacity, increase knowledge and remove barriers to accessing services and support for Aboriginal families in the service area.
To be successful in this new position, you will have a well-developed understanding of the needs of Aboriginal families. Along with sound community networks you will bring a capacity to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support positive service outcomes
