As we lead up to our Centenary, it’s an exciting time to be joining our family.

We are currently seeking a Saver Plus Coordinator to join our growing team.

Reporting to the National Program Manager (Saver Plus) and working with a dedicated and passionate team, this pivotal role will be responsible for the remote/virtual delivery of the Saver Plus program. Your role will be varied, and very busy, but incredibly rewarding as you deliver, promote and create exposure to this financial literacy program that will have a long-lasting impact on some of Australia’s low-income families.

A day in the life of a Saver Plus Coordinator might look like this, but every day can be different and could include the following:

  • Promoting effective virtual engagement with diverse networks / stakeholders to assist with the recruitment of potential participants to meet KPI’s and recruitment targets
  • Developing and maintaining an effective referral network of local schools, community groups, TAFEs, universities, media and any other relevant networks
  • Developing positive relationships with local ANZ staff including District Manager & Branch Managers
  • Organising and facilitating virtual MoneyMinded workshops to groups
  • High level of administration tasks
  • Regular monitoring of the Saver Plus database and the subsequent running of required reports
  • Attending regular team meetings and providing quarterly reporting to Program Manager

It takes a special kind of person to be our Saver Plus Coordinator. Our successful candidate will bring the following:

  • Experience in remote/virtual program delivery, coordination and facilitation of group workshops
  • Skills and confidence to promote virtually, and market the Saver Plus program to stakeholders such as schools, kindergartens, ANZ branches, TAFEs, universities, media, and community groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse range of
    stakeholders
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent administration skills including computer literacy, experience producing correspondence and report writings.
