The Smith Family is a national children’s education charity that works with children and young people to overcome educational inequality caused by poverty – so they can thrive now and into their futures.
The casual facilitator will facilitate whole class cohorts, so everyone gets the benefit of these extra-curriculum programs. Programs run intermittently, as required by the participating schools. It would suit someone with at least two available days per week. Scheduling can fit around your other part time/casual work/study commitments. Training and resources are supplied.
The successful candidates may consider delivering one or more of the following programs, depending on their skills and experience and also the local participating schools’ needs:
