The Smith Family (TSF) is a national, independent children’s charity helping disadvantaged Australians to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. As we celebrate our Centenary, we are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our growing WA team.
Reporting to the Head of State and Territory Operations and working with a dedicated and passionate team, this pivotal role will provide senior regional representation and overarching State leadership of The Smith Family, both internally and externally. Leading TSF’s strategic objectives you will create an inspiring work environment through your focus on coaching, empowerment, and accountability. This is a high profile, high energy leadership role, responsible for influencing and shaping the impact of our programs for children across the State and contributing to The Smith Family’s vision.
