A great opportunity for an experienced person wanting to gain that next level of experience to step in for 12 months and lead the team. This Monday-Friday position will:
- Focus on providing a quality engagement experience for service users, staff and volunteers and in doing so facilitating service delivery outcomes which support the mission and enhance the reputation of SMHOW.
- Lead and grow the program and a high performing team to deliver dependable client experience.
- Have a key role in building the culture, mission alignment and reputation of the program.
- Be responsible for coordinating the full range of services to the homeless community, including ensuring compliance with quality standards and other state regulations in relation to the program.
- Working as a member of the senior leadership team, the role has responsibility for budget control, the planning, management, delivery and evaluation of the Homelessness AOD services and ensuring a voice of customer in the design and delivery of services.
