What are we looking for?

An exciting opportunity is now available to join our Union Services team in our Melbourne office as our Union Services Coordinator. This is a permanent full time opportunity. 

Our Union Services team provides tailored and exceptional customer service to union members by putting them in touch with Slater and Gordon’s various practice areas promptly and efficiently. At Slater and Gordon we have been providing legal services for union members for 85 years and work closely with our affiliated union clients in providing world class legal services to their members. In the unique role as Union Services Coordinator, you will work closely with the wider National Union Services team and be responsible for the day to day account management of union clients within a designated state, including strategic planning, developing new services / product offers and increasing revenue. You will also be responsible for referring all union clients to the correct legal teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the “go to” individual for all Union related matters in your designated State
  • Drive increased revenue and service levels from Unions via product / service bundling and marketing programs
  • Work with Union leaders to assist and troubleshoot challenges
  • Act as key point of contact for all communications with all Unions in your State
  • Manage, review and maintain budgets
  • Monthly reporting on referrals
  • Compile and track all union related activities and initiatives across the State
