Social Outreach services are available to all members of the community and can be accessed free of charge or at minimal cost.
St John of God Social Outreach Services build capacity and support the physical, mental and emotional wellness of vulnerable and disadvantaged communities. We provide community-based care in Western Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Timor-Leste.
Mental Wellbeing Services (MWS) is a service within SJG Social Outreach. It provides high quality primary mental health service for people 16 and above experiencing mental health disorders. It operates in locations across Victoria and WA.
We currently have an opportunity available for suitably qualified and experienced mental health professionals to commence in our Ballarat location as a Clinical Coordinator.
Working as a Clinical Coordinator with us you will provide counselling and clinical coordination to the Mental Wellbeing Service. Whilst primarily a leadership position, this role ensures the provision of high quality primary care mental wellbeing service for people with high prevalence disorders
Successful candidates must hold a Medicare provider number and be available to travel to hub and satellite locations as required within the Ballarat area.
This role will be offered as a 12 months fixed term contract of 60.8 hours per fortnight.
