The Opportunity:

As the New Members Adviser Team Leader, you will be playing a crucial role in leading our New Members team enabling them to provide exceptional services. Ensuring that they have support and guidance required to successfully achieve their KPIs and provide leadership in the day to day operations.

About You:

To add value to Simplygreen in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience leading teams in a service environment
• Exceptional people management and coaching skills
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Meet and excess individual and team targets
• Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
• Sell the benefits of novated leasing / salary packaging and various solutions Simplygreen offers, qualifying and selling of aftermarket solutions
• Previous experience in effectively managing customer solutions
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reporting back on results
• Are naturally curious and passionate about sustainability
• Experience in salary packaging methodologies and employee benefits is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Passion, drive, a competitive spirit and professionalism
