The Opportunity:

As the New Member Adviser for Salary Packaging, you will be playing a crucial role in educating new members on the benefits of our products and services:

• Educate new members on the benefits of salary packaging
• Prepare salary packaging reports for new members demonstrating the tax savings associated with salary packaging
• Prepare salary packaging and novated leasing agreements for new members
• Applying your excellent communication skills as you present the business’s solutions to customers from different backgrounds
• Troubleshooting

About You:

 To add value to Simplygreen in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following :

• Deliver quality information and services, face-to-face, telephone and email
• Are naturally curious and passionate about sustainability
• Experience in salary packaging methodologies and employee benefits is a plus
• Previous experience in which you demonstrated the ability provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Motivation to work in a team
• Passion, drive, a competitive spirit and professionalism
