ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of Customer Services Officer (Member Services) is pivotal as you will be the first point of contact for any phone and email enquiries for existing members. Each day is fast paced so there is the need for time management and being able to prioritise work based on business and member needs. You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and administration by:

• Great customer service to both current and potential customers
• Managing inbound customer enquiries
• Troubleshooting problems
• Processing tasks
• Data entry and reporting
• Educating our members on our employees benefits and services
• Email support

ABOUT YOU:

You want to be part of a leading employee benefits and services provider and are keen to apply the latest thinking in financial benefits and have exceptional customer service skills.

To add value to Simplygreen in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Delivering quality information and services via telephone, email and face-to-face
• Professional telephone manner and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office programs
• Capacity to work in a team
• You are naturally curious and passionate about sustainability
• Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Experience in salary packaging methodologies and employee benefits is a plus
• Passion, drive and a sense of humour
