We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Campaign Leader to help drive marketing campaigns and new memberships for our national not-for-profit brands.

Through our proven track record in delivering the highest of quality customers to our clients, our next Fundraising Campaign Leader responsibilities will require:

• Lead and drive campaigns in our customer acquisition programs for event and residential channels
• Acquire new customers through direct sales strategies
• Ensure the highest level of customer experience
• Lead and coach a team of sales representatives
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and exciting work environment for your team
• Work towards and manage KPI’s
• Assist in developing new programs, initiatives, and marketing campaigns

We are looking for kind and confident communicators who possess previous sales and/or Not-for-Profit experience to fulfill this leadership role.

You will be leading a dynamic, goal-orientated, and passionate team of Sales consultants and you will foster ongoing learning and development to ensure they are successful in their role.
