About the role:

Sydney Health & Care Services requires an Operations Manager and are looking for an individual with experience in the disability or social work sector and excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will be available at least four days a week from 9-5pm.

Successful applicants in this role will be required to:

  • Initially meet with clients to ascertain their service needs and personal goals
  • Work with the SHCS team to hire and manage a suitable support worker
  • Communicate with clients, employees and management team to ensure a high quality of service
  • Manage the hours and performance of disability support workers
  • Ensure client satisfaction and needs are being met
  • Arrange quality checks with support workers and clients for ongoing feedback

Applicants MUST require the following:

  • Police check and Working With Children's Check
  • First Aid and CPR
  • A car, unrestricted licence and comprehensive insurance

Hourly rate: $27.70
