We are leaders, facilitators and influencers towards the shared goal of better primary health care.
Reporting to an independent Board, SEMPHN is funded by the Australian Government to help people in south east Melbourne get the health care they need, when and where they need it.
Evidence-based practice is the foundation of our work. We are constantly asking, ‘together, how can we do this even better?’ This could mean challenging the status quo and designing things differently. Ultimately, it’s about measurably improving health for people in south east Melbourne. So, are you with us?
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Social Media Strategist will lead the implementation of SEMPHN’s integrated Thought Leadership and Influencing Strategy. You will also support other social media activity, including the development of systems and processes which support the strategy, provide training, advice and counsel to management, measure and report on outcomes and offer improvements to the overall strategy.
You will help make a real difference to our local community and will be working in a close-knit communications team.
This is a 4 day per week maximum term role, located in Heatherton.
