Lead, develop and coach a diverse team whilst maintaining excellent communication, organisation and relationship management skills. Utilise your well-established problem-solving skills in service redesign and in the development of new models of care. With relevant Mental Health and AoD experience and tertiary qualifications, as the successful candidate you will have a strong background in the transitioning, redesigning and commissioning of health services. You will be an experienced leader with the capacity to coach, mentor and manage a diverse group of staff. Innovative, with creative flair, you are also highly analytical, conceptual, and have great problem-solving skills.
Highly knowledgeable of contemporary Mental Health and AoD issues, your relationship building and stakeholder engagement talents will result in great outcomes. Working in collaboration with our funded providers across a range of service development activities will lead to improved health outcomes for the communities in which we serve.
With a strong commitment to good governance, accurate and timely analysis of key deliverables, and compliance standards, you will be meet various reporting deadlines.
Leading SEMPHN’s Mental Health and AoD team, you will make significant contributions to ensure that SEMPHN meets our key priorities and deliverables.
