JOB SUMMARY

Liaise with a range of SEMPHN stakeholders, to help develop a cohesive and consistent approach to SEMPHN’s implementation of policies, procedures, and frameworks.

  • Part-time (0.5 FTE), maximum term until June 2022
  • Support while working from home under government directions
  • Modern office based at Heatherton

About the role:

The Business Transformation Project Coordinator role provides support for the Business Transformation team to streamline the organisations approach to core business functions improving efficiency and outcomes. The Project Coordinator, alongside the Business Transformation Lead, will work with internal stakeholders to coordinate meetings/workshops, participate in workshops and document outcomes along with maintaining project documentation.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in providing high level coordination, administration and support of projects, activities or programs (preferably in a health-related environment).
  • Well-developed skills in the use of Visio, Miro SmartSheet/project management tools and Microsoft office products.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work tasks.
  • Knowledge of existing networks and how primary health care programs operate across Victoria.
