ABOUT THE ROLE

This Access and Referral Administration Support Officer provides administration support to the SEMPHN Access and Referral team to allow people to be referred into our funded mental health and AOD programs.

This role assists in the administrative tasks relating to referrals arriving via email, telephone and fax ready for clinicians to process. Data entry is a substantial part of this role.

This role is located in Heatherton, however working from home under government directions.

We offer flexible work hours and days however require a minimum weekly commitment of 22.8 hours per week.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Relevant extensive experience in the use of Client Management Systems, preferably in a health environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level administration support.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work tasks.
  • Understanding of the mental health sector an advantage.
