About the role

We currently have an excellent career defining opportunity for a seasoned and influential leader to lead the implementation of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. Working in collaboration with our internal inclusion steering committee this role will see the successful candidate build a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roadmap focused on achieving high impact, strategic outcomes across our key industry stakeholders.

About you

  • You will possess tertiary qualifications and/ or equivalent work experience in Government, Media, NFP or relevant field.
  • Have specialist knowledge and experience in the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion issues such as, unconscious bias, accessibility and anti-discrimination initiatives, across a range of stakeholders and communities.
  • Proven project management experience that includes, managing and developing a diversity and inclusion roadmap focused on achieving measurable and sustainable results.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Experience working within a Government framework with an understanding of regulation and standards underpinning diversity, equity and inclusion.

This role would suit a passionate and influential professional with a drive for leading change. You will be a credible business partner with the ability to build positive relationships across various communities and stakeholders, underpinned with your impressive knowledge and experience in current diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

The benefits

In return you will receive a salary of $120,871 + 15.4% super, work in our modern offices in Ultimo; and become part of a collaborative, high performing and creative team environment.
