The Kiribati Facility is a key investment of the Australian government in Kiribati and oversees the implementation of the Skills for Employment Program (SfEP). The Inclusion and Equity Adviser (short term) is responsible for providing support, tools and guidance for mainstreaming gender equality and women’s empowerment with SfEP and KIT. The Adviser will ensure that the program maintains the commitment of both the Government of Australia and the Government of Kiribati to support access opportunities for training at KIT and employment support through the Employment Support Services to women and people from marginalised groups. The adviser will lead ongoing gender equality analysis to inform decision making and ensure gender and social inclusion are core elements of program activity.
