Working in collaboration with other members of the Quality and Safeguarding Team, Service Delivery and Group Business Support Services to ensure an integrated and collaborative approach to improved work practices and systems to achieve optimal outcomes for all Customers.

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy Home@scope is in the process of transitioning accommodations services previously operated by the Victorian government and will soon apply for NDIS certification.

About The Role

Home@Scope supports the services that have transferred from the Victorian Government and provides both Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Short Term Accommodation and Assistance (STAA) services across Victoria.

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a number of Quality Business Partners to work within our Quality and Safeguarding Team in Western Metro, Greater Geelong and Western Regional Victoria.

This position is a fixed term of two years and with offices in Geelong, Colac and Essendon. It offers a flexible workday across Western region of Melbourne and Victoria.

  • Reporting to the Quality Service Manager, the Quality Business Partner’s prime responsibility is to support the operational effectiveness of all core quality and safeguarding systems.
  • The role will work in collaboration with other members of the Quality and Safeguarding Team, Service Delivery and group business support services to ensure an integrated and collaborative approach to improved work practices and systems to achieve optimal outcomes for all Customers.
  • To ensure we continue to deliver high quality person centred care that is aligned to the expectations and needs of our customers, staff and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding requirements, through positive relationship building, coaching, mentoring and excellent communication with  all stakeholders.

About You

  • You will excel in establishing effective working relationships whilst supporting delivery teams to provide high quality services to Customers
  • You will demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to person centred practice and the needs and supports required for people living with a disability
  • Utilising your effective communication skills you will be able to coach and positively contribute and influence stakeholders across multiple functional teams to foster continuous improvement and ensure best practice and compliance with relevant standards, legislation and regulations
  • With your attention to detail and understanding of systems you will collate, monitor and analyse data from quality management systems for auditing and reporting purposes
  • You will be able to thrive in a flexible, dynamic, caring and supportive environment and have the ability to travel across the dedicated region you will support including:
    • Regional Victoria -  West District including Warrnambool, Portland
    • Barwon South West including Colac, Geelong region
