Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Business Partner to work within our recently established Quality & Safeguarding team in a hands-on role where you can make a real difference to adults and children with disability.
This role will be predominantly based in the East and South with head office based in Hawthorn.
The Quality & Safeguarding team is responsible for the organisation's quality management system and customer safeguarding. We recently completed our Stage 2 surveillance audit against the NDIS Practice Standards and received very positive feedback including best practice in two areas.
Reporting to the Quality Service Manager, the main responsibilities of this role include:
We are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our passion for providing quality and safe services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement background from the health or community service sector.
Experience in the Disability sector is desirable but not mandatory. We are more interested in your mindset, ability to be a team player, a positive attitude, energy to drive change and deliver tangible improvements for the better, along with a good sense of humour.
