Across Victoria, Scope provides services to thousands of people with a disability in more than 100 service locations.

Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy.

About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Customised Employment Practice Lead to work within our Customised Employment service.

Customised Employment is a process that is designed to personalise the employment relationship between a job seeker with disability and an employer in a way that meets the needs of both. If you truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen, are able to put a person with disability at the centre, considers their environment, interests, skills and abilities then match them with employers in their local area, this may be the job for you.

You will have experience or passion about person-centred approaches. You will have a positive and open outlook on life, be able to work as part of a remote community-based team and have leadership qualities, coaching or mentoring experience. You will have had diverse experiences, in diverse environments and can make diverse connections and relationships in the community or have experience in business or employment practices.   • You have excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and/or counselling skills
  • You have tenacity, creativity, and resilience
  • You can collect, interpret, and use information and are well organised
  • You can respect and relate to others
