About The Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Communication Resource Designer to work within our Communication & Inclusion resource Centre. The role is four-five days per week.

In this role you will:

  • Design communication resources through selection of appropriate images, designing layout and formatting including using software such as Boardmaker and Adobe Suite
  • Contribute to the development of new images, communication products, and resources
  • Design marketing collateral in line with the organisational style guide
  • Edit images with Adobe Photoshop and Boardmaker
  • Produce communication resources using commercial laminators, guillotines and binding equipment

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector, with a relevant Certificate/Diploma in Multimedia or Allied Health Assistant (advantageous but not essential). It is preferred that candidates have experience working with or supporting people with a disability.

This role suits someone with a high level of experience with Adobe Creative Suite software, including the ability to customise images, and experience with Boardmaker software or the willingness to learn.

The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
