Are you passionate about improving the lives of young people? As our Team Leader for our Youth Programs across Brisbane, we need you to lead our dedicated program team to maximise its impact on the young people we work with. In this varied and challenging role, you'll manage and develop the program through team leadership, individual work and group work.

In this full-time, fixed term position (12 months, with potential for extension), based in our Brisbane office, you'll inspire a team of passionate and talented individuals to accomplish ambitious goals for our youth programs. You will be part of our Early Interventions team and report to our Early Intervention Programs Regional Manager.
You're an enthusiastic and committed leader with demonstrated experience in managing a high performing team. Your highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity, partnered with excellent communication skills, will enable you to build community networks and lasting relationships. You have the ability to develop and maintain partnerships with external organisations at all levels, and you can supervise, coach and mentor others with an empathetic approach.
