In this exciting and varied role, you'll lead a team of family support workers to maximise their impact on the lives of children and families in the Darwin region. We need a passionate leader to take charge of the strategic and day-to-day management of our family support programs and continue to take them from strength to strength. You'll make a lasting impact in the community by building strong links with the community and encouraging families to engage.

In this full time, fixed term position (to end of June 2021, with potential extension) based in our Darwin office, you'll be responsible for the day to day operation and coordination of two teams of specialised workers to deliver our Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS) and Intensive Family Preservation Service (IFPS) programs. You'll use collaborative, culturally appropriate, strengths-based and family-centred approaches to support families to develop child care, health and safety skills. As part of our Australian Services team, you'll report to our Regional Manager.
