No two days are the same in Save the Children Australia's Early Childhood Education programs which run across Northern Victoria. We need you to lead our dedicated team to maximise the impact of our programs on the lives of children and families. You'll foster lasting links with the community, develop the capacity of local workers and encourage active engagement with the services that we're proud to deliver.

In this part-time fixed term position (22.8 flexible hours per week across four to five days through to end December 2021), you'll lead 12 staff members (approximately 7 FTE) to deliver our Early Childhood Education programs across Northern Victoria, including our 40 place Mooroopna Kindergarten. You'll be responsible for the operational running of programs, budget management and supporting your staff, including providing their professional supervision. Based in our Shepparton office (with flexibility to work from home), you'll report to our Regional Manager, Northern Victoria & NSW Riverina.
