That's why Save the Children stands ready to deploy, providing immediate psychosocial support and staying as long as it takes to help children and families recover from their losses, restore their lives and build their resilience for years to come. Our newly established Journey of Hope (JoH) program works directly with children in schools, led by facilitators who are professionally trained in managing child trauma. We need a passionate leader to drive our dedicated team to maximise the impact of the JoH program on the lives of children and families.

You'll work in partnership with schools and early childhood providers, ensuring high quality service delivery in accordance with the agreed implementation plan. You'll work in the fire affected communities around Shepparton, and will report to our Operations Manager - Journey of Hope.
… You respond calmly to crisis situations, and you have credible expertise in working with children who have experienced traumatic events.
