Working within a decentralised model, you will develop and implement continuous improvements to build Save the Children's recruitment brand internally and externally.

This a maximum term 12-month contract to cover a parental leave absence and designed to lead a dedicated function to deliver excellent recruitment outcomes across our entire organisation. We're open to candidates looking for a full-time or part-time position. Ideally you will be based in our Carlton Head Office, but we will also consider applications from individuals seeking to work remotely or with other flexible arrangements. You will deliver recruitment excellence through providing advice on innovative and best-practise approaches and tools. The most senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will coach and mentor two team members while working with the HR Business Partners to identify and implement key recruitment projects. As a part of our broader People & Culture team, you will report to the HR Business Partner Employee Experience & Talent Acquisition.

Position Description - Talent Acquisition Lead
*While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, this role works remotely (i.e. from home or an alternative location). Once the pandemic restrictions are lifted, the role will be based in our office in our Carlton Head Office, or another location that works for you.
