Child Wise, a social enterprise of Save the Children, is one of Australia's leading child safety organisations. With over 25 years of experience working with government, non-government and for-profit organisations, we deliver bespoke consulting, coaching, accreditation and training services to help organisations become child safe.In this new role, we need you to lead our delivery across New South Wales.
In this full-time permanent position based in Save the Children's Sydney office, you'll be responsible for overall service delivery in New South Wales. In this hands-on role, you'll deliver consulting, coaching and accreditation, community of practice and training services. You will report to the Executive Director of Child Wise, and will work closely with the other Child Wise State Managers.
You will make an impact by:
…You have a background in Child Protection or a related field and understand the impact of child abuse on children. You closely followed the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse and understand the importance of making organisations safe for children. Importantly, you are prepared to roll up your sleeves and carry out direct service delivery, while also leading a high performing team.
