Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Malaga, you will oversee the efficiency and safety of the receipt, storage, and distribution of a wide variety of pre-loved products in our warehouse. You will ensure productivity targets are achieved and play a crucial part in maximising the income revenue from all shops and events. You will be part of our Supporter Engagement team and report to our Retail Operations Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  • Managing the warehouse in compliance with our policies and vision
  • Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilisation
  • Liaising with all key departments to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Inducting, coaching, and motivating staff and volunteers
  • Participating and leading continuous improvement to work processes and practices

…You are a dynamic, passionate, organised, and people-orientated individual who loves to think outside the box. Ideally, you are an existing warehouse manager, area manager, cluster manager, looking to take the next step in your retail career. If you are passionate about people and retail and want to contribute to an amazing and well-respected cause, this role is for you.

This role requires:

  • Previous work experience in a warehouse management role
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives including business operations
  • Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures, management, and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities including staff
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
