Where you come in:

In this part-time (25 hours per week) permanent position, based in Smithfield, you will work on the day-to-day coordination of tasks and activities within the retail store network, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the NSW retail store operations. You will be part of our Supporter Engagement team and report to our Retail Operations Manager.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing high quality administrative and general office support to the Retail team
  • Ensuring all invoices, purchase orders, and accounts are processed in a timely manner
  • Processing customer feedback, escalating to Head of Retail where appropriate
  • Ensuring shops are adhering to safety requirements
  • Support in defining, updating, and communicating the standard operating policies and procedures
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers
