We are looking for an experienced, collaborative details-focused compliance and quality specialist to help ensure we continue to match funder requirements and meet our own exacting standards for operational excellence. Working with delivery teams and back-office business units, and leading engagement with funding bodies, the successful candidate will be our resident 'player coach' on compliance and quality assurance.

In this full-time, permanent role based in any of Australia's capital cities, you'll support quality assurance and compliance across our contracts and grants with funders and partners, and will coordinate our relationships with national funding managers. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Growth, you'll be a senior member of our Australian Services' Strategy and Growth team.

You're an experienced social services professional, looking to grow by taking on more responsibility and/or widening your perspectives in a national organisation. You're well-practiced at establishing, monitoring and reporting on quality and compliance controls. You are a trouble-shooter extraordinaire and an avid solution-finder, with an eye for detail and the ability to rapidly assess data for decision making. You're a natural collaborator, able to tailor written and verbal communication for maximum clarity and/or influence with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
