In this part-time (26.6 hours per week), fixed term position (until 31st December 2020, with potential extension) you'll work on the delivery, implementation, and review of the program's operations with particular attention to support for clients including intake, assessment and goal planning. Based in Ceduna, you'll play a key role in working with parents and other team members to create individualised tailored support plans, sourcing evidence based or highly regarded information to share with staff and families and determining and supporting referrals to appropriate agencies.
Working over a range of shifts, including late afternoon (4pm-8.30pm) and one weekend shift per week, you will be part of our Supported Accommodation team and report to our Team Leader.
You demonstrate the highest standards of behaviour towards children in both your private and professional life. You have an honest, friendly approach and can communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You can problem solve in complex and demanding situations, and you have experience working collaboratively with clients and other services/agencies. You are a strong team player but are also comfortable working alone, and you're happy to work flexible hours and on weekends.
