  • Promoting a culture of safety and child protection across all activities.

If we could compose the perfect you…

… Your understanding of the social, economic and political issues of PNG and the Pacific region, partnered with your outstanding leadership skills, sees you drive your team to deliver immediate and lasting results. You have a passion to build capability of national staff across the breadth of the organisation. You have experience of international development projects, leading sophisticated business development strategies and a natural adaptability. You are experienced with finance, quality and monitoring. You are questioning, passionate and always looking to advance your work despite a challenging context.

This role requires:

  • Extensive senior management experience in a development and/or humanitarian context.
  • Demonstrated experience securing innovative, large-scale development projects including areas like health, education and/or child protection.
  • Strong experience developing and managing large scale budgets.
  • Demonstrated experience of quality project planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • The resilience and personal circumstances to be able to travel within the country and internationally as required.

We offer a competitive salary including generous salary packaging benefits, a friendly and flexible work environment, and great career opportunities - both locally and internationally.
