We need an experienced and motivating leader to generate change for children in the Pacific! Take on the challenge of working in one of the most complex places on earth, by leading the ground-breaking work we do in Papua New Guinea, as well as advancing the overall Pacific Strategy and overseeing our Vanuatu and Solomon Islands country operations.

In this full-time, permanent position based in either our Port Moresby or Brisbane office, you will fulfil a dual function of Country Director for PNG as well as provide strategic direction and guidance across the Pacific. As a part of our International Programs Team, you will report to our Executive Director, International Programs and lead a dynamic team of Directors to develop and implement our portfolio of programs across the Pacific.
