Working on a variety of projects and liaising with a range of diverse stakeholders, often remotely, no two days will be the same in this challenging role. Your administration and coordination support will ensure that our teams can continue working effectively and efficiently to make the world a better place for children.

In this permanent, 0.8 FTE role (hours to be spread over 4 or 5 days per week, depending on your preference), you'll ensure accurate and efficient administrative, secretarial and general support is provided to all members of the department in a proactive and professional manner at all times. As part of our WA/NT state admin team, you'll report directly to our Operations and Business Support Manager.

Your excellent organisation and administration skills, alongside your analytical instincts, will see you drive the delivery of quality outcomes within strict deadlines. You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders enabling the reach of productively of our programs to flourish. You're able to plan and prioritise work, and are flexible and self-motivated to provide ranging support to see the team succeed. Importantly, you'll work effectively with other state office coordinators to ensure smooth continuation of programs, and you pride yourself on your integrity and confidentiality.
