In this challenging and varied position, you'll drive integrated multiagency case management responses to individuals, children and their families in the region, who are at imminent risk as a result of domestic and family violence. In this full-time permanent position, you will drive the Mount Isa & Gulf High Risk Team (HRT) and as a partner facilitate multiagency risk assessment and safety strategies. The HRT comprises of representatives of Government Partners (including Qld Police Service, Community Corrections, Department of Justice and Attorney General, Department of Housing, Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women, Department of Youth Justice, Department of Education and Department of Health), with Save the Children as the lead NGO. As part of the Service System Integration team, you'll report to the Regional Manager, Service System Integration.

… Your excellent communication skills will enable you to foster partnerships and work effectively with our High Risk Team partners and other service providers to ensure that the safety of people (and children) experiencing domestic violence is prioritised at all times. You can confidently communicate your knowledge of DFV to a wide range of audiences, and your experience in case management roles and ability to think on your feet will help you develop mutual solutions to complex situations.
