The Intensive Family Engagement Service (IFES) operates across Tasmania, working to improve the safety, wellbeing and health of children and their families. As an IFES Family Support Worker, you'll engage assertively with the family and other stakeholders to overcome barriers to children's safety and build the strength, capacity and protections required for families to provide consistent, safe and nurturing home environments for children.

In this casual position, you'll deliver support to parents in their homes in Southern Tasmania. You'll be based in our Hobart office and report to our Intensive Family Engagement Service Team Leader.
