Do you enjoy working with complex data to make sense of program delivery and outcomes? Are you interested in applying your technical expertise to measure outcomes for children, families and communities across Australia? In this re-scoped national role, you'll bring your highly developed analytical skills and commitment to evidence building to help demonstrate the quality and outcomes of Save the Children programs.

In this full time, permanent role you'll have a unique opportunity to help shape how we collect, analyse, and learn from data and evidence. You'll work across every business and service delivery team for Australian Services and report to our Manger, Fidelity and Impact Measurement. Based in any capital city of Australia, you'll have flexibility to work from home or from one of our state offices.

You're experienced in working with complex monitoring data in a research or evaluation context, designing data analysis plans to measure outcomes. You thrive in a fast paced, complex environment and can manage competing priorities. You enjoy engaging with differing stakeholders across diverse backgrounds as you work with teams to support monitoring, evaluation and reporting activity, and build capability for measurement. You're able to convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner and build the capacity of others through the way you conduct your work.
