We offer our customers more than just retail therapy. Save the Children Op Shops offer a unique shopping experience and the chance to support our numerous projects that help create better lives for children in Australia, the Pacific and beyond. We are expanding our online offering to sell more of our pre-loved fashion pieces, toys, books and vintage gems. You will work with brilliant teams of dedicated staff and enthusiastic volunteers to meet financial targets and improve customer engagement.
We're ambitious, creative and outspoken. We stand up for children's rights. We want all children to be educated, healthy and live a life free from violence. We run programs in Australia and overseas and, if there's a disaster - like an earthquake, drought or conflict - we are there on the ground.
In this full-time permanent position, based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne, you will be responsible for taking our online presence from what is currently a small online pilot driving growth to a comprehensive online business. You will be part of our Retail Leadership Team and report to our Head of Retail.

…You are organised and reliable, with an ability to work in an active, demanding, and hands-on role. You're passionate about online retail and have experience using both eBay and Shopify. You can work autonomously and are trustworthy in delivering your agreed outcomes with limited guidance. You have excellent customer service skills and an attention to detail. You enjoy variety in your work and seeing the fruits of your labour.
