Where you come in:

In this full-time, permanent position based anywhere in Australia, you will represent Inclusiv Education's service model to deliver the transformational potential of EdTech. Reporting to our Managing Director, you will utilise your keen influencing skills to assist organisations to advance EdTech in their strategies, programs and development approaches.

You will make an impact by:

  • Accelerating the role of EdTech as a strategy to increase support to teachers, trainers and learners,
  • Ensuring EdTech's promise to enhance inclusion, reach and cost efficiency is delivered on in the international development sector,
  • Realising overall better educational outcomes in formal institutional settings, vocational and tertiary training and,
  • Achieving training and capacity building objectives in a wide range of development arenas.

Does this sound like you?

You are a natural leader and a strong communicator, able to effectively convey our mission and purpose to potential partners and clients. A creative and strategic thinker, you can find ways to enhance and grow the quality, capacity and overall volume of our partnership base. You may have had experience as a Country Director or similar in an International Development organisation. Oversight of the quality of program management and delivery will be a key responsibility in ensuring the value of our service and support to partners. Engaging and an active listener, you have a knack for bringing others on the journey with you and winning project funding in the process. In a young organisation with the backing of Save the Children and in a sector with large growth potential, you will leverage these skills to deliver growth in our EdTech project portfolio and meet revenue targets for Inclusiv Education. Importantly, you want to make the world a better place through education and technology.

This role requires:

  • Advanced partnership engagement and relationship management experience in an International Development environment,
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering on portfolio growth and revenue targets,
  • Experience developing and leading a successful marketing and communications plan to build an organisation's profile,
  • Extensive experience in project management, including building a culture that contributes to strong account and relationship building,
  • Demonstrated operational capability, including budgeting and financial management,
