Sell a 'product' you're passionate about! We're looking for a talented, collaborative bid writer to coordinate and craft winning tenders and funding proposals for our Australian Services department, helping us sustain our impact and taking us to the next level.

We've been working in Australia for over 70 years, delivering game-changing services for our most vulnerable children and families - from early learning in Collingwood to youth justice diversion services in regional NT and domestic violence prevention work in remote Queensland.
In this full-time permanent role, you'll help us sustain and increase our income, impact and influence in Australia. Based at home or in any of our offices across the country, you'll work with teammates and technical specialists to coordinate, support and draft successful high value tenders and proposals.

… You're a great communicator, with experience in drafting funding proposals and an ability to distil technical information into compelling text that is tailored to audience. You're a versatile team player, committed to ongoing learning and development, and willing to put your hand up to help colleagues across the business deliver on priorities. You're adept and creative in solving problems, you're not afraid of tight deadlines or changing parameters, and you're energised by the chase. Finally, you're an expert at "managing up", able to influence at all levels of an organisation and comfortable pushing back when needed.
This role requires:
A degree and/or qualification in a relevant field, for example communications, commerce/business or project management or public administration is desirable but not essential.
