This role is responsible for leading the implementation of the new Help Centre CRM solution. This will incorporate phone, chat, email and SMS channels with Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver a leading support and referral service for people in Australia with complex mental health issues.
This role will:
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 FTE (excluding super and salary packaging).
Full time or 0.8 FTE.
