About the role

This role is responsible for leading the implementation of the new Help Centre CRM solution. This will incorporate phone, chat, email and SMS channels with Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver a leading support and referral service for people in Australia with complex mental health issues.

This role will:

  • Lead the detailed design of the solution from the existing approved business requirements with key business stakeholders, in conjunction with the implementation partner
  • Manage implementation partner delivery and schedules
  • Ensure the solution delivery complements and expands upon the incumbent Salesforce Sales Cloud fundraising solution
  • Lead solution validation and integration testing as entry criteria to user acceptance testing
  • Lead the release of the solution into business and IT BAU operations and to identify obstacles to user adoption
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Commonwealth privacy laws and principles

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 FTE (excluding super and salary packaging).

Full time or 0.8 FTE.
