ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to manage the administration of employee experience activities for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring employees have a positive experience and uphold the integrity of the HRIS.

This role is a fixed term contract until 30/06/23

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Psychology or in a related discipline and/or experience in a HR Coordinator role for at least two years

Skills & Expertise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Exceptional skills in administration with attention to detail
  • A talent for being exceptionally organised
  • Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a passion for and knowledge of Employee Experience
  • A commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience using an integrated HRIS i.e. Employment Hero

DESIRABLE

  • Experience coordinating a Reconciliation Action Plan
  • Project management / coordination experience
  • Experience interpreting legislation, regulations and awards together with policies and procedures
  • Experience using Employment Hero
  • Experience working in payroll or in partnership with payroll
