Our Finance Team at SANE is growing and we currently have multiple vacancies, including a Manager Position and Junior-Mid level Positions.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking individuals with Finance experience in not-for-profit environments, who are capable “doers” and enjoy improving processes.

Our Finance team works in a not-for-profit environment with a strong focus on process improvement.

Skills and experience we are looking for include:

  • Drive innovation to optimise processes and procedures
  • Collaborative and productive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Foster an open environment for ideas sharing within the organisation
  • P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management
  • Analysis of business performance: financial, operational and the links between
  • The provision of key financial advice to key stakeholders, aligned to organisation goals
  • Financial accounting and reporting deliverables, compliant with IFRS accounting standards
  • The build of budgets and longer-term financial plans
  • A commitment to strengthening governance and internal controls and a good working relationship with external auditors to ensure the integrity of accounts
  • Modelling and scenario analysis in the support of growth, cost efficiency and decision making generally
  • Continuous improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team’s deliverables, processes, and systems
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking and expense management
  • The management of payroll in a roster and award environment
  • The generation of financial reporting to government and other funding organisations
