Melba has been through a period of very rapid growth. Your role will be to contribute to ensuring that the organisation’s IT systems catch up with this growth.

The Senior Business Analyst will work across Melba’s business application areas to empower and enable staff to do the wonderful work they do every day. This will include understanding the reporting and compliance requirements of the NDIS and identify system and reporting innovations. You will also work to develop and maintain consistent business process practices and best practice data management. This role will be critical in determining requirements and working through the selection, implementation and management of business intelligence technology, simplifying and consolidating a range of current practices.

You are a qualified and skilled business analyst with a strong commitment to optimising processes and contributing to the satisfaction of end users. You bring business analysis governance to your work and are skilled in ensuring the development of simple and effective systems which are fit for purpose. You have high levels of commercial acumen and your solutions are typically highly sustainable. You are an excellent communicator and enjoy stakeholder management and interacting with various parts of the business. You value the contribution of an organisation which provides disability support services with a strong social justice orientation.
