Reporting to the General Manager, Healthy Communities, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of the sector and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to strategically position Star Health as a primary deliverer of community mental health support. You will ensure that mental health programs are integrated with all parts of the organisation and external providers so that vulnerable members of the community can continue to receive wraparound services.

You have a strong background in mental health and a relevant qualification. You are a strategic thinker who actively seeks innovative solutions. You are an inspiring leader and pride yourself on your effective communication and stakeholder management skills. You have high levels of integrity and are strongly committed to social justice, and relish the opportunity to improve health outcomes for the community.
