Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, a key responsibility of this fixed term contract will be to oversee the Occupational Health, Wellbeing and Safety, Learning and Development and Project streams to ensure they are well equipped and supported to deliver an ambitious agenda. You will contribute to the workforce strategy of Melba and will take on a range of related projects to ensure they are delivered to an extremely high standard.

You are an experienced senior human resources professional with relevant professional qualifications. You have a grasp of disability or other human services sectors and share Melba's passionate commitment to human rights, social justice and zero tolerance of abuse and neglect. You are an excellent stakeholder manager with an ability to understand the needs of different business units and the communication and human resources skills to add value to the people you come in contact with.
